Description

Crafted by coating both sides of 210D nylon Oxford with premium polyether TPU. This combination integrates the durability of nylon Oxford with the functional advantages of polyether TPU, making it an ideal choice for outdoor watertight equipment, especially inflatable boats and rafts.

In terms of structure, the 210D nylon Oxford serves as a robust base layer, boasting excellent tensile strength and tear strength to withstand the harsh conditions of outdoor use. The double-sided polyether TPU coating not only enhances the fabric's air tightness performance but also brings two distinct surface options: one side features a matte finish for a subtle, sophisticated look, while the other has a glossy surface for a sleek, eye-catching appearance, catering to different aesthetic and practical needs.

For coloring, we adopt a scientific approach by adding high-quality color masterbatch directly into the polyether TPU during the production process. This ensures uniform color distribution throughout the coating, with excellent color fastness that resists fading even after long-term exposure to sunlight and water. The masterbatch is fully compatible with polyether TPU, without affecting the material’s inherent performance, and supports customized color matching to meet diverse customer demands.

The polyether TPU coating endows the fabric with two core performance advantages. Firstly, it exhibits outstanding hydrolysis resistance—the polyether bonds in its molecular structure have high chemical stability, enabling the fabric to be in long-term contact with water or humid environments without degradation, cracking or performance loss. Secondly, it has excellent low-temperature flex resistance; with a low glass transition temperature, the fabric can maintain good flexibility and ductility even in cold conditions, avoiding brittle fracture during folding or use. Compared to traditional PVC materials, it boasts enhanced durability, greater environmental friendliness, and superior low-temperature flex resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh outdoor water environments and low-temperature conditions.
