Description

This premium outdoor fabric is exclusively engineered for alpine and extreme cold weather conditions, crafted with 30D nylon 66 and polyester TPU to deliver uncompromising performance and reliability in harsh environments.

Compared with other fabrics of the same specification, the 30D nylon 66 base offers better abrasion resistance, higher strength and superior low-temperature functional stability—its inherent structural stability ensures it can withstand the intense physical stress of alpine activities, while remaining lightweight to reduce user burden during long outdoor expeditions. Complemented by the polyester TPU coating, the coated fabric excels in cold resistance, maintaining flexibility and performance even in extremely low temperatures without brittleness. It also features superior abrasion resistance and excellent low-temperature flex resistance, standing up to repeated bending and friction in frigid conditions without damage.

Polyester TPU maintains excellent toughness and flexibility even in extremely low temperatures (down to -40℃). This superior cold resistance ensures the fabric remains intact and functional, whether it is used in cold regions, outdoor winter gear, or products that need to withstand harsh low-temperature storage and transportation, effectively expanding its application scope. Another core advantage of polyester TPU is its compatibility with high-frequency welding technology, which completely eliminates the need for traditional sewing and heat-sealing processes. High-frequency welding creates a seamless, tight bond between fabric layers, forming a uniform and firm connection that is far more reliable than traditional sewing or heat-sealing. This not only simplifies the production process, improves production efficiency, and reduces labor costs, but also avoids the drawbacks of traditional processes such as thread breakage, poor sealing, and uneven bonding.
