Description
900D cationic polyester as the base material, coated with a matte frosted polyester TPU coating on the back, and treated with fluorine-free water repellency on the surface. It also reproduces the rough texture of linen-like fabrics, and presents classic black and gold colors relying on cationic dyeing technology. It balances appearance, functionality and practicality, making it a multi-functional fabric with both texture and performance.
Cationic Dyeing: 900D cationic polyester filaments are selected as raw materials. Different from ordinary polyester, cationic fibers have special dyeing properties, presenting a collision of two classic colors: black and gold.
Linen-like Handfeel: The rough texture of natural linen fabrics is reproduced through a special weaving process, with a frosted feel on the touch. It abandons the smooth and thin texture of ordinary fabrics and has an outstanding hand feel.
Polyester TPU Coating: The back side adopts a matte frosted TPU coating process. The coating is uniform and delicate, with a warm and not stiff touch. The matte design and frosted texture further enhance the overall high-grade sense of the fabric; the coating is closely attached to the base material and is not easy to fall off or crack.
C0 Water Repellency: The surface is treated with fluorine-free water repellency, abandoning fluorine-containing harmful reagents and complying with environmental protection standards. Through the physical lotus leaf effect, rainwater and water stains can slide off quickly, not easy to wet the fabric, making daily care more convenient.
The fabric as a whole is wear-resistant and tear-resistant, can resist daily friction and slight scratches, has excellent toughness, and is not easy to brittle fracture in low-temperature environments, suitable for multiple scenarios such as luggage and outdoor equipment. It perfectly integrates the double-color appearance of cationic, linen-like texture and polyester TPU protection performance, balancing practical protection and highlighting differentiated advantages.
