Recycled Polyester Made from recycled PET materials via physical or chemical regeneration processes. Sources include:
· Post-consumer waste: PET bottles, used apparel, etc.
· Pre-consumer waste: textile cutting scraps, flake processing leftovers
·Compared with petroleum-based virgin polyester, it drastically reduces energy use and carbon emissions:
Per ton of recycled polyester:
· Saves 6 tons of oil & reduces 6.5 tons of CO₂
· Saves 20,000 liters of water — equivalent to 8 standard swimming pools
· Cuts energy use by 50%+; carbon footprint ≈ 1/3 of virgin polyester
Recycled Nylon Derived from discarded fishing nets, used nylon garments, and industrial waste. It lowers reliance on fossil fuels and helps fight ocean pollution.
Per ton of recycled nylon (RPA6 / RPA66):
· Saves 7 tons of oil
· Reduces 7.0 tons of CO₂ — over 60% emission cut
· Saves 15,000 liters of water — equivalent to 7.5 standard swimming pools
· Cuts energy use by 60%+; carbon footprint ≈ 1/3 of virgin nylon
