Solution-dyed technology integrates masterbatch into the spinning solution, giving fibers stable color at the time of formation, eliminating the need for post-dyeing. This reduces water consumption and wastewater discharge at the source, while significantly lowering energy use and chemical pollution. With high color fastness, excellent fade resistance and uniform color, solution-dyed fibers represent a key eco-friendly technology for sustainable textiles — and an important part of Aether-Tex is commitment to green manufacturing.

You may notice that throughout VERELITE is entire textile production chain, we have chosen not to build our own dyeing factory. This is not because we overlooked traditional dyeing. In fact, we invested in a dyeing factory in 2019, but ultimately exited in 2025.

On one hand, conventional dyeing brings limited affect to the core physical performance of fabrics. We prefer to focus our time and resources on the most valuable thing: developing superior yarns and advanced coating technologies. On the other hand, we firmly believe that solution-dyed technology represents a better, more sustainable product and a more worthwhile long-term focus. This aligns with our product philosophy and our commitment to a sustainable future.
