Description

Our medical-grade polyether TPU film is a high-performance elastic material engineered for harsh environments, with customization capabilities that perfectly adapt to diverse application needs. As a professional TPU film solution, it integrates excellent physical properties, chemical stability and biocompatibility, becoming the preferred choice for medical, aquatic, outdoor and other high-demand fields.


Crafted with advanced polyether-based TPU materials, our film boasts unparalleled hydrolysis resistance—its ether bond structure ensures no obvious degradation even after 1-2 years of immersion in room-temperature water, far outperforming other materials. It maintains superior flexibility and elasticity at extreme low temperatures down to -40℃, without brittleness, and remains stable at high temperatures up to 90℃, ensuring reliable performance in various harsh conditions.


In terms of mechanical performance, the film features high tensile strength (15-40MPa), excellent elongation at break (500%-800%), and outstanding tear resistance and fatigue resistance, with a dynamic fatigue life of more than 100,000 times. Its hardness is adjustable from Shore A60 to Shore D80, allowing it to maintain elasticity even at high hardness, meeting the needs of different product designs.


We understand that every project has unique requirements, so our Medical-Grade Polyether TPU Film offers full customization options. You can freely customize the thickness, color, hardness, and even functional properties (such as antibacterial, flame-retardant, and breathable) to perfectly match your OEM needs and product positioning. The film is easy to process, compatible with lamination, high-frequency welding and die-cutting processes, greatly improving production efficiency.


For medical applications, our film complies with ISO 10993 and FDA standards, featuring excellent biocompatibility, non-toxicity and skin-friendliness, suitable for direct contact with the human body. It also has good chemical resistance, being resistant to oils, alcohols, weak acids, alkalis and common disinfectants, and has anti-mildew and anti-bacterial properties, effectively inhibiting the growth of penicillium, aspergillus and other molds, making it ideal for medical devices and moist environment applications.
