This specialized coloration method differs from traditional surface dyeing; it fully infiltrates the color masterbatch into the fiber structure during the fiber spinning process, effectively locking the color inside the fiber rather than just attaching it to the surface. This not only greatly boosts the overall color retention, preventing fading caused by friction, washing or long-term sunlight exposure, but also realizes eco-friendly production with lower ecological footprint—compared with conventional dyeing processes, it reduces water consumption by more than 30%, minimizes dye waste and harmful emissions, and fully complies with international environmental protection standards for industrial materials.
Benefiting from the integrated solution dyeing craftsmanship, the material achieves remarkable anti-fading capability, powerful ultraviolet shielding effect (UPF 50+) and all-round weather resistance. It can stay vivid and stable even under prolonged sun exposure, extreme temperature changes (from -30℃ to 80℃), heavy rain, strong wind and other harsh outdoor climates, without discoloration, brittleness or performance degradation.
