Description

The 600D solution dyed Oxford coated with a single-sided polyester TPU, finished with water, oil and bloodstain repellency. It is tailor-made for critical medical scenarios that demand extremely high standards of safety, biocompatibility and durability.

The fabric has undergone a complete set of biocompatibility tests to ensure it is non-toxic, non-allergenic and non-irritating to the skin. This ensures that there are no health risks to the human body during medical use. At the same time, it has passed two major international strict chemical safety tests, REACH and RoHS, taking into account both the safety of medical use and environmental compliance.

In the yarn spinning process, color masterbatch is incorporated to achieve permanent yarn coloration. The resulting fabrics exhibit outstanding color fastness properties. By omitting conventional piece dyeing, this eco-friendly production method contributes substantially to environmental preservation and water conservation.
